Dear friends, Balò is happy and grateful to say that the evening of Saturday the 5th at Podere Palazzo was a success thanks to the atmosphere, the sense of togetherness, and the fundraising, which, net of expenses, amounts to approximately € 10.000. € 10.000.
These funds will be entirely invested to ensure that an ever-growing number of girls and boys can access a high-quality, completely free education: the only chance they have to break free from the poverty in which they live. Specifically, the funds will be used to pay the salaries of our teachers, all of whom are local, and who dedicate themselves each day to passing on knowledge and values to our students.
A special thank you goes to all of you who contributed with your presence or your support. Thank you for always being there to support us.
A heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers, around 30 people, who made this event possible with their work both onstage and behind the scenes, before and after the event.
A big thank you to Podere Palazzo for offering such a unique setting and excellent wine, and to Cucine Popolari, who generously and skillfully prepared their delicious dishes for us.
